The Senses
The colorful Clip & Go™ Musical Mobile with music and movement, stimulates baby's hearing and vision, and invites her to gaze and follow.
The variety offered by the changing elements, such as the disappearing and reappearing images, the change from two- to three-dimensional and the musical selections, helps to increase baby's attention span.
Object Permanence
During the first months of life, baby becomes used to objects appearing and disappearing from her field of vision. In the fifth month, baby becomes intrigued with the concept of object permanence.
EQ
The soft music and movements fascinate baby, and help her to relax.
0-3 months
The Clip & Go™ Musical Mobile’s quality musical repertoire helps develop baby's hearing, and her vision with the inviting and colorful movement. The slow movement relaxes her and contributes to the coordination between these senses.
Playing with this toy
Make certain that the (optimal) distance between the two-dimensional images and your baby's eyes is between 8 and 10 inches (20 -25 cm.)
You can adjust the angle of the two-dimensional images to accommodate your baby’s field of vision. If your baby reacts negatively towards the music, it may be due to over-stimulation. If you witness signs of distress or uneasiness, turn the music off and let your baby enjoy the mobile's movements.
3 months +
Baby's mature senses and memory enable her to enjoy the rich variety of familiar music. In the fifth month, baby begins to relate to the appearing and disappearing of the toy from her field of vision, contributing to understanding the concept of object permanence.
Playing with this toy
Turn the "wings" to reveal the three-dimensional images. Periodically change back and forth between the two-dimensional and three-dimensional images, to offer fresh, varied visual stimulation.
