Delivery

We have a modern and efficient warehouse, which holds products in stock, so you can purchase the items you need without having to wait. Most of our products are sent next working day delivery to a mainland U.K. address, Ireland or Scotland, with a 1 hour delivery slot confirmed by email and text, so you can get on with your day and not hang around waiting for goods to arrive.

We will send you an email when goods have left our warehouse, so you know they will arrive the next working day (mainland U.K. address, Ireland or Scotland). The email will contain your personal tracking number, allowing you to track and trace your parcel on-line if you wish. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text from the courier company confirming the 1 hour delivery allotted for you. If this time is not suitable for you, simply follow the text reply instructions accordingly.

Delays are thankfully very rare, but can occur due to circumstances outside our control. For example if there are adverse weather conditions or a truck breaking down. How to Pay?
