most of our products are held in stock, we aim
to deliver your goods within 3 working days.
Next to each product listed on our site we indicate
if the items are held in stock, or how long we
expect delivery to you to be. Furniture, for example,
may not be in stock at the time of your delivery
may take a little longer. If there are any delays
from the manufacturer, that we are not aware of
at the time of you placing your order, we will
inform you by email with an estimated delivery
date. |

We are happy to deliver to many counties, including the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, Belgium, Luxembourg & Netherland , France, Germany, Denmark and Corsica & Monaco.
We apply different delivery charges depending on where you wish the goods to be delivered.

Goods delivered to mainland UK addresses will incur a delivery charge of £4.95 - see map below for areas shaded light grey.

Goods delivered to Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man or Ireland will be charged at £12.95 on all orders - see darker grey areas on map below.

Goods delivered to countries outside the UK (please refer to list above) may incur a higher carriage charge, which we have estimated to be approximately £25.00 on most average sized orders. Goods will be weighed prior to dispatch and we will individually quote carriage for countries outside the UK and will reduce this cost where possible. Please email us listing the products you wish to purchase, along with your address. We will reply with a confirmation of the delivery charges and estimated time of delivery.

| All goods must be signed for on delivery as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which cannot be delivered by our couriers. For example, if our courier service has tried to deliver the goods on several different occasions but has found no-one in to sign for the goods, the goods will be returned to us automatically by the courier without our prior knowledge. In situations like this, we will have to re-charge carriage to cover costs of re-sending parcels back out. We cannot refund on goods which have been specially ordered (i.e. not held in stock) or are personalised and we cannot refund any carriage costs incurred by us. If the item is a gift, and you are unsure if the recipient will be at home, we can send the goods to you instead.
