Keel Toys

Keel Toys prides itself on its ever evolving beautifully designed and manufactured, competitively priced soft toys and teddies. Their expert team of Product Designers, Graphic Designers and Illustrators work closely together to create a market leading range of soft toys and plush toys suitable for babies and small children. Most of the soft toys we feature here are suitable from birth as they feature stitched facial features (as opposed to beaded eyes) so you can rest assured they are safe for your little one.

The company is proud to have a heritage dating back 3 generations to 1947! The company is still owned and run by the same Keel family consisting of four brothers. In June 2015, one of their iconic teddy bears was featured in an airing of British soap Coronation Street, watched by over 6million viewers.

Keel Toys Information

The History of Keel Toys
Keel Toys, established in 1947, is a third generation, family run business, under the directorship of brothers, Richard, David, John and James Keel. Each plays an active role within the company on a daily basis in the capacity of Managing Director, Financial Director, Sales Director and Marketing Director respectively.
Over the decades, the company has built a reputation for quality, reliability, value for money and cutting edge design. This dedication has enabled the expansion from the modest origins in Ramsgate, to the current operations headquarters at their 115,000sq ft distribution centre in Ashford, Kent.

Keel Toys is one of the largest designer, importer and exporters of soft toys in the UK with an extensive blue chip customer base. We continually strive to maintain this position, developing relationships with our customers built on trust, excellence, quality of service and innovative design from our in-house team.
