The brand's first breakthrough came with the introduction of the Avent Naturally Feeding Bottle. This innovative bottle incorporated a unique teat design, which mimicked the shape and feel of a mother's breast, making it easier for babies to transition between breastfeeding and bottle-feeding. In 2006, Avent joined forces with Philips, a renowned technology company known for its commitment to innovation and improving people's lives. The collaboration between Avent and Philips marked a significant turning point in the brand's evolution. Under the Philips umbrella, Avent expanded its product range to include a wide array of baby essentials, such as breast pumps, sterilisers, food makers, pacifiers / soothers.

Today, one of their newest and standout products is the Philips Avent Natural Response 3.0 Baby Bottle, which features a breast shape teat for a natural latch on, with teat opening designed to release milk only when the baby is feeding, allow baby to breathe just like at the breast and prevents drips, spills and loss of precious milk.
