Our Story

Our founder graduated from City University (London) and grew up in a household from where her parents ran a success babywear business. Wanting to follow in their footsteps and use her education, she combined the names Baby and City to form www.BabyCity.co.uk.

The aim of the retail website, is to be the best online baby shop for consumers, in terms of product selection, fair prices, delivery and customer service. It offers a wide selection of everyday products tailored to babies, children and Mum, including breast and bottle feeding products, soothing and sleep products, baby bathing, home proofing for little ones safety, travel products, to toys and gifts.

Delivery

We hold all our products in our own warehouse in a modern and efficient 10,000 sq ft warehouse, located in the West Midlands. We aim to dispatch same working day with a next working day delivery courier service to mainland UK. Northern Ireland and Scotland courier transit time is 48hrs. We do not offer international shipping.

A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on dispatch of your order so you can track your parcel. You should also receive a text message from the courier company on the day of delivery advising a 1 hour delivery time slot. If this time is not suitable for you, you can re-arrange by following the courier's instructions.

Please note we use RECYCLED boxes, meaning your order may be packed for transit in the original outer carton box of another product. Please open the transit box to check your order contents.

We only stock reputable baby brands that are quality assured and UK compliant, to ensure we can deliver a product you can trust and rely on. We are privileged to have a close working relationship with all our suppliers, in many cases spanning over 15 years, helping us to know and understand the products we sell - they are not just a commodity to us. This is an area our team has knowledge and experience in and are here to help if you want to e-mail in or talk about your product selection.

Similarly, in the unlikely event of a product developing a fault you can rest assured we are on hand to help with a solution guided by the manufacturer.
