Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders placed by 3pm the same working day. 

For deliveries within England & Wales the postage is FREE for orders over £30 and £2.99 under*. We have a next day tracked delivery service with Royal Mail & DPD. 

Courier transit time to Scotland is usually next day but can take an additional 2 days to customers in the Highlands and similarly for Northern Ireland. For deliveries to Scotland the postage cost is £9.99 & for Northern Ireland it is £12.99. However, if you are based in Scotland, outside of the Highlands, you can e-mail in about small orders and where possible we will aim to reduce this down to £2.99.

Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order. We will not be able to take responsibility for goods left in a safe place by Royal Mail or DPD, which in the case of flats may include communal areas. If the courier service has attempted delivery and not left the goods in a safe place, the goods may be returned to us automatically for which we will be unable to re-ship out without re-applying the postage cost. 

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is supplied and a delivery is made by us then we will not be able to refund or re-deliver the goods and the purchaser must then make their own arrangements to collect the goods delivered to the address supplied.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO addresses or make international deliveries.
